Automatic Expungement is Here!

On ​April 11, 2023​, Michigan began expunging some criminal conviction records automatically. As of now the state is not notifying people when it expunges these records. If you are interested in getting records expunged, or whether any of your records have been expunged automatically ​since April 11​. Follow the link below to contact Legal Aid staff.
